Blender Introductory Workshop May 20th, New York

For all those who are interested in a professional introduction workshop and are living in the New York area - this might be a good option.

Jeff writes:

Mongrel FX Studio will be hosting a Blender Introductory Workshop on May 20th at 6pm.

As seating is limited to 10 students we will require an RSVP and membership at the following link:

This workshop is designed to get you up to speed in Blender rather quickly so you can get comfortable with the interface and start modeling.

Although membership to the Blender 3D Animation Production Group is free, this workshop will have a fee of $40. This will help us to keep producing more content for other workshops we are developing along with helping to support our TV Pilot project.

Hope to see you there!

  1. Man, I live near New York, but I never visit the various Blender events that take place there from time to time. I should check one out sometimes. One day, I hope I get to HOST a Blender event in New York!

star forming a group pick a topic and find a place to do it.

I am sure Universities would like to host those things as well.

NY is different then cornfield Ohio - universities are more progressive.
