darn you Tap-NY, with your delicious beer tasting event this weekend! i missed the last meeting. really great idea to try to get an unofficial BUG going on. maybe they should also state if they'll be expecting people to be upgraded to 2.57 already (can't imagine any blender enthusiast not having their copy) for people who may be mid-project and on 2.49.
