Hopefully the live video stream will work this year :-/
Very exciting schedule! Will it be possible to view all sessions online? Or download them?
Too bad I will only be there on Friday as usual. I'll miss the 3D premiere of Elephants Dream.
Yay, Andy's still around!! I'm intrigued about his topic
I'm not able tot attend, so I'm wondering: will there be video's to download after the conference?
Is it going to be broadcasted like last year? It was pretty great, especially because you could download video files later on and watch them. And if yes, i wonder which parts are going to be included...
broadcast everything, pleasee.... ^_^
broadcast everything..please... ^_^
Yay! =D
If there's going to be some broadcast.this would be a great service to the entire community I think...
One quick question...
A full hour workshop about extruding? I thought the tool was already very self-explanatory. I would however set aside half an hour to take in a session on how to create a flat quad plane! ;o)
As far as I remember I watched BC live stream last year.
Downloadable would even be better, as I'm not at home that weekend.
Let's hope somebody warns De Balie ahead of time this year. Last year their server couldn't handle the amount of people trying to watch the live stream.
Back then I chatted with the person responsible for the live stream and he told me they were caught totally unaware by the enormous amount of online interest the conference generated.
@Jarred, any idea what it's about? "Extrude" can be a title for anything
I'm sorry if this is an un-informed question, but I second(third?) one of the questions that the users above are asking. Will there be official downloads available of these sessions, or will they be posted to something like YouTube after their capture? I will be attending the conference all 3 days, but a few of the sessions that I would like to attend overlap. I think it might be great to watch this material for review later, as well. :)
Regarding "Extrude", I believe the title was accidentally truncated. If I remember right, it is actually a several-part mini workshop. The other portions are titled "Load/Save File", "Rotate Object", "Select All" and "Recalculate Normals Outside." Quite a bit of intensive study for those just getting into 3D modelling and/or Blender for the first time. ;o)
I vote for overall broadcasting! :) I hope this will be possible.
