I'm hearing rumours that the expected release time for Sintel is 1800 UTC (click here to see what time that is for you). Be warned though: everybody is still hard at work to make it happen, so it may be earlier, or later, or even tomorrow!

I would reeeally like to know what the traffic rate is currently on Blender.org and blendernation.com.
I guess this should be maximum peaks for the last two years currently.

been visiting both sintel.org, blendernation,cgtalk (blender forum) and blenderartist just in hope that i might get a glimpse of an early mirror for the movie... so far no luck :P

LoL, in the Sintel web page, they changed the icon for "Online Release Soon..ish!", I think the time for release is near ¡¡
Will a torrent be available? That might help spread out the load.
