The LuxRender team have released a stable 0.7 version. Changes since the last release candidate are:
- bug fixes (mostly to reduce fireflies)
- photon mapping tweaks (to make it more robust, no behaviour change)

It rocks. Both the render improvements, new interface, the awesome exporter automatically converting materials almost flawlessly and the multitude of tonemapping options. Possibly the last version before real-time exporter for Blender 2.5/6 and GPU integration. :D
I want to play with it so badly! Unfortunately, I've just learned that the exporter currently doesn't work with Blender 2.5 :(
