Croatian Users & TOSMI presenting Bassam Kurdali


Bassam Kurdali will make an appearance tomorrow at the net.kulture club in Zagreb, Croatia. He will talk about Tube and Blender 2.5.

On Sunday, 28.2.2010 in the net.kulture club MaMa in Zagreb, Croatian Blender User Group 'BlenderHR' and TOSMI are presenting one of the best Blender 3D artist and director of the first open movie "Elephants Dream" - Bassam Kurdali (USA).

Bassam Kurdali, the award-winning filmmaker, 3D animator, instructor and lecturer, currently is working with talented artists on a five minute animated film 'The Tube'. The project brings together people from different studios, freelancer, people from universities and other institutions. Bassam will speak about the Tube project and the upcoming version of Blender and a 2.5.

Also guests from the Bulgarian Association of Interspace will present TOSMI project, the leading educational program for Blender in the region. The meeting starts at 17h in the net culture club MaMa, Preradovi?eva 18, Zagreb (free entrance).

    Zagrab is only 200 km from Graz away,
    where we will have the blender user day 2010 on 20th march!

    We will have two workshops:
    one beginners workshop with Helge Maus,
    one compositing workshop with Soenke Maeters from the durian project,
    an a nice party and talk circle afterward.

    So in case you are around come and join us at (sorry, all in german)

    education Worldwilde.

    I am from the caribeean (Afrikan descent) from a Beautiful islands called Guadeloupe...
    Wish I could set up project like that over there...
