Use BBB's Butterfly and an on-line Blender service to create an image for Valentine's day. It doesn't render an animation or send e-cards, but it's still a lot of fun to play around with.

You can use Blender online to put your beloved's picture on the wings of a butterfly for Valentine's day.
If you think you recognize the butterfly, that's because it comes from the Big Buck Bunny movie (thanks to the Blender Foundation for releasing their characters into the wild under a friendly license!)
The animation was made in Blender and then placed in a Flash 10 interface, with one image texture left replaceable by the user. See 'Blender Tattoos' [BlenderNation.com] for another example of the process. If you want to make your own, you can welcome to sign up at http://live.makesweet.com
Cue bad puns about making your love take flight...
Thanks! Paul

cute.
You can in fact make an animation, just click the movie icon on the top row of buttons. If makes an animated gif that can be saved or uploaded.
Maybe cool but to late if it is reported on February 14th. Wasn't this news available a few days earlier?
Cheers :)
