Last Sunday was the first online developers Q&A session, and a summary of the event is now available. They covered a *lot* of ground in only one hour.

Thanks for this, will make an interesting read.
Does anyone feel like a stockholder in a company ?

About this part :
What is it about? Using C and Python to make Blender tick?
Newdevs means new developpers have mostly a C and Python background?
Does it means we are heading toward a more pythonic development?
Making it easier for people coding Python scripts to add it to the source code if it is deemed interesting? (and potentially increasing the number of potential developpers?)
2. Talking about C codebase or Python?
- majority wanted C, some C/python,
- ideasman42 and theeth agreed that:
- C/Python is very vague and it depends very much on where developers are
interested in working, what problems they try to solve
- also, in 2.5, it's not as clear cut as it used to be
- ideasman42 asked if newdevs are more o C or python:
- most are python/C or python with some basic C
- one said to be C/C++

I vote to extend the current Director's term of office.
The links section (which aren't links) the transcript 'link' points to an earlier post, like the only link in the article. What's up? :)
@Logan: just checking to see if you were paying attention! (cough!)
