In 2.5, some of the old shortcut keys no longer work (although you can re-map them, of course). Here's a full overview of the new shortcut keys. It's not pretty, but it works!

The format is a little rough but the shortcuts are there. Still no shortcut keys for switching tabs in the properties panel :(
This helped me a lot so I thought I'd share!

little rough? Is more raw then sushi :D Yet - thx for those !
Haha, Thanks!
Screw this bullshit i want the old ones as defaults.
Thanks, still useful! Btw. does anyone know how to do "Multicut" or "Midpoints" cut in 2.5? I used this often, it was performed with "Shift+K" in the old Blender.
Great, just what I searched for! Maybe I'll edit this in a graphical way for me the next days. Anyone interested that I provide it here then?
@jonaspas: definitly
@jonaspas: Oh yes !!!
Yo Grandmaster I'm also looking for the Ctrl+C menu, to copy locations of objects.
Sorry, I can't help you with your Shift+K, but just thought I'd jump on your wagon....
Does anyone know of a list somewhere that explains where the lost menus are these days?
@Grandmaster B:
Pressing [K]+Click&Drag of the mouse executes the default ("Exact") knife cut.
(I guess you already know this)
I think the plan in 2.5 is to use [K]+LMB drag and then let you change the type of the cut afterwards (via the "Operator" panel).
Unfortunately it is not yet possible to change the type of the cut in the "Operator" panel.
(To be exact: You can change the entry of the pulldown menu, but it has no effect on the geoemtry yet.)
@Slowboy:
I may be wrong, but as far as I can see this functionality is not yet back in 2.5.
Not very graphical but easier to overview and print. PDF-linked above.
Holy smokes - Its bad enough that I forget the occasional shortcut due to lack of use, and now THIS? I knew that the Blender shortkeys had been modified, but I never knew the changes were so ... extensive. Remapping is always an option, I s'pose, but then any new guides or hints or answers (to questions that I ask) would likely use the new control setup (once 2.5 is out, that is), and having to reference what keys I changed would only cause even more confusion. Guess I better get used to these new buttons. I'm probably gonna need to hold onto this document for a loong time ...
Too much shortcuts, ctrl, shift, Alt, LMB, RMB, MMB, hurts my young fingers and young head. Let's design Blender to allow us to group only the often used icon or button at our choosing. Like the shelf concept in Maya.
It make Blender feels like vi editor:
.add_modal_item('FORWARD','W',)
.add_modal_item('BACKWARD','S',)
.add_modal_item('LEFT','A',)
.add_modal_item('RIGHT','D',)
.add_modal_item('UP','R',)
.add_modal_item('DOWN','F',)
Thanks Loop Duplicate! I've been wondering how to center the view to the 3D cursor ever since "brush select" became "circle select" and got moved to the Ckey. This'll come in handy! (CTRL+NumPeriod... it's CTRL+NumPeriod now...)
What a mess...
For those of you who hate to browse through a hotkey list like this:
Use the new search function in Blender 2.5 - press [SPACE] and enter the name of the function/command you want.
=> All hotkeys are displayed next to the function.
Also: I'm pretty sure the current hotkey list is still WIP (including Blender 2.5 Alpha 0).

A suggestion.
Compile all the shortcuts into preintable PDFs that are readable and navigable.
That way someone of can print them out and use them as quite reference.
There is no shortcut in life, my mom always tell me.
OH. What a mess. Still thanks for the info.
"A suggestion.

Because, of course, flat text can't be printed, read or navigated. Man, text is useless.
I don't want to sound ungreatful or anything... but can't you just go to user preferences and look there? All of the shortcuts are there for each window.
And for all of you saying "what a mess" or such, maybe you don't realize what's happening here. They are redesigning the UI for *better* workflow. People did their research. They made very specific specs. It makes sense... It's not like learning to ride a bike again... It's learning how to ride with no hands again...
But even still, all that being said, I have used 2.5 pretty extensively for modeling, and all of the major shortcuts are still there... And the reason some of them are missing is because the operators for the action have not been coded yet...
So don't worry. We are in good hands :)

Where are the colorful keyboard schematics? They are always on my wall but I seldom look at them, haha...
For me this short cut list is a great help. copied it and organized it and printed on heavy glossy paper.
Looks very professional.
I have a hard time remembering short cut keys, probably cus I don't use them as much as I should. But with Blender, I think that I will be using them often.
Thanks for the time you spent posting it for us. I for one am very grateful.
Thanks,

I wanted to make a graphical version of this shortcut list. But the longer I look through this list the more I see that this doesn't make really sense, given what mbue said...
One shortcut I searched for was what was SPACE before, for adding objects. Now it is Shift+A
Happy Blendering!
