Get in the mood for Halloween with these video tutorials by Jonathan Williamson:

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.

good tutorial! good for new users as well, as it explains pretty much every step. Nice work Jonathan Williamson! :-D

P.S. still watching the first one :-D i’m gonna start it over and actually do the tutorial :-D
oh, and the Loop Select trick is really cool! just learned that with this video.

Brilliant thanks.

I have actually been asked by a friend last night, who runs a club to maybe design some better screen images for Halloween for next year. When I get around to it, I will see if I can get one of the blender forums upload the .blend files for download when I get them done next year.

It is good to see Old European culture coming back in Europe. Halloween is a pre-christian anual event from mostly the Celts.
