I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.

@ Tyler Benders link leads to a page where sunMicrosystems asks you to download JavaFX MediaBox Player For Streaming Video. When installed it actually starts to play BBB. With a link to the BBB page at the bottom below the player

It appeared today in a Portuguese news channel called “SIC noticias”. The news where about the new technology developed by the University of Aveiro that allows Internet speeds up to 10Gb/s and to show it working they Download BBB 1920p in 7 seconds I think :P
