The three winners of the British 'Dare to be Digital' contest have been nominated for the prestigious BAFTA award (British Academy of Film and Television Arts). One of them is the Blender production 'Boro-Toro'. If you liked the game, you can help them increase their chances of winning and getting Blender into the spotlight at the BAFTA. Read on to see how.
Graham Ranson writes:
[...] as we are nominated for a BAFTA we are trying to get as much public interest in the game as possible. Because part of the BAFTA judging is based on marketability and public response to the game we have set up a Facebook Fan Page where people can join and ask questions about the game, leave feedback and also download the game if they haven't already done so.

P.S. Everyone, if you have comments please leave them on the Facebook Fan page! ;) thnx
congratulations!
of to FaceBook then!
Congratulations! I really liked the gameplay of Boro-Toro. Very nice and fluent.
My computer nearly died trying to load Boro Toro. The one thing I missed was the option to change screen resolution. The game only seems to run at a tremendous resolution. I might just have to break down and get myself a decent graphics card.

Sorry we did not include any options such as that, at ProtoPlay we wanted people to get into the game as soon as possible from the main menu (there's not even a quit button) and as we were only developing for a specific machine (all machines at ProtoPlay were the same spec) we didn't need or have time to test it on multiple set-ups.
If you or anyone else is still experiencing problems with it please visit the Facebook page and post on there as I check that regularly. Also there is a discussion post on there asking for peoples opinions on the game, if people could fill that out it would be great.
Thanks
