Christian Welde - Take Off

10

Kristian Skeie (aka Elk) has just premiered a music video made using Blender for its 3D visuals. The song is Take Off by Christian Welde, from his album 'Fairytales'.

The music video is very well made and pulled off very well with an interesting concept.

You can view it on both Youtube and Vimeo. And don't forget to visit the blenderartists thread to leave a crit/comment!

You can check out Christian Weldes website where the video is also hosted.

  2. Very nice, warm story. Only crit would be deformation of the characters, especially hips and legs when walking. Perhaps shape keys could be used to improve those.

  3. Bravo!

I enjoyed it very much, thank you for making it. I especially liked the way you visualized the break in the music and when the gravity kicks in again. :)

And man, what a great track, I'm totally into that kind of music. /me goes off to explore website...

Nice animation, good timing with the music as well.

Only crit is the same as yoff, the deformation, weightpaint can be used also.

    Other than that, great!
