As you all know, Blender will be at SIGGRAPH this year and LetterRip from the Blenderartists forums is gathering links to videos that shows some of the impressive features of Blender.
If you want to help, visit this thread to know more about the reel.

Hi you can post your suggestions here as well, I'll check both locations, here is what I said in the thread,
"Hi all, as you may know, Blender will be at siggraph this year.
We would like to have a demo reel that shows off some of the impressive features of Blender, something that can be viewed in a few minutes, that has a really high visual impact.
To that end I would like the community to suggest specific videos that powerfully demonstrate a blender feature. This can be either completed work and/or behind the scenes/making ofs.
Please provide links to the specific video you would recommend and what areas you would recommend them for and also preferably what time into the video you would recommend excerpting.
We need content to demonstrate all of the following areas of Blender
Modeling
Sculpting/Multiresolution Mesh
Retopologizing
Normal Map Baking
UV Unwrapping
Node Based Texturing
Paint Based Texturing
Rigging
Shape Keys
Weighting (the fancy new stuff and painting)
Animating
Particle Effects
Hair/Fur
Fluids
Hard Body Physics
Soft Body Physics
Cloth
Rendering
Compositing
Video Editing
Note that features shown for Apricot might be ok also.
Note that I do not plan on being the individual doing the video; this is only to be a useful resource for the artists who is selected to do the work.
I will seek the artist permissions for including their work in the demo reel. Please feel free to make multiple suggestions for each category so that the artist will have a lot of choices.
Suggestion should be preferably something like
Cloth - Ballerina - http://www.vimeo.com/819612?pg=embed&sec=819612 0:02-0:08
or the blenderartists thread etc.
Although just a mention of the video is fine,
also exceptionally powerful stills can be considered also."
LetterRip
Good luck - I hope the editing on the video is a bit tighter this time; the last one had some good stuff but dragged on too long.
Hard body physics - Kai kostacks demolition script used on cars, brigdes etc - http://vimeo.com/user523266/videos
I clicked on http://www.vimeo.com/819612?pg=embed&sec=819612
and I got this message from Vimeo website:
