Great work, Max Hammond! I also enjoyed watching those flying wires and cubes - really interesting!
Great, wonderfull, MADE BY BLENDER must be a TRADEMARK (for everyone)...SMILE
Blender always of course, but with an artist it's better
P5.2.3 kinda reminds me of tron with the way the block materializes.
Damn, drumsync is cool!
p 523 is suberb, very intense sound!
drum sync, well, rocks! Cool camera moves!
That drumsync rules!!! Well done to the rest too!
@Joe Dunkley & wayne berry
Did you do the music/drumsync manually or is there a way to get MIDI-data into blender? Would be really funky if one would be able to launch actions based on midi-input.
Great work, thanx!
Woooooo, look at Man Candy go! Those are all amazing!
Mancandy's such a badass.
P5.2.3 is brilliant. Like an Autechre video submerged in liquid nitrogen. Can we have a version with multichannel sound? :)
drumsync video is fantastic! Maybe the beats in the cymbals should be more powerful, but the sound fits perfectly with the actions.
SchokoBlock video is also good, but too slow...
The other videos quite good too ;)
PS 5.2.3 it reminded me of The Andromeda Strain movie.... Excellant work!
PS 5.2.3 it reminded me of The Andromeda Strain movie.... Excellent work!
I initially skipped "P5.2.3" because I just thought 'meh, it wasn't going to be much'. I went back to it after viewing the others (which are all good) and Wow! I wish it was longer. Very masterful use of arrays and the sync to the sound design is perfect. Keep going with it!
New ocean script is in development which is much better than soft body fluid simulation, although This new team of developers will tackle the impossible were no software had not yet venture. One of them I have meant at the Brooklyn conference last year. They comment, still faithful to open source they will develop blender at a level higher
performances.one s joke 'Its time to break alway from the blender Vatican and pope Ton "
That first one was really cool.
those are all awesome, I love the drum one, he used an august burns red song!
I like the girl tugging on the box. :)
@RNS: Ocean script? I've not heard of that, sounds interesting.
Very Good videos, have seen a couple of those before.
Can't wait for that Ocean script, I hope that comes out soon! For now I am using traditional Nor-material animation methods, which still look good. (And probably renders faster!)
All video are Good.. Great work blender heads
specially Soft bodies are awesome..and if you watched other soft bodies [above on belly dancer video] related blender videos ..hey They are good too :)
What is that website that max is on? Vimeo or something...its always blocked at my school and its never on youtube...i have ways around the web at school but the flash never loads..*adds in more complaining*
Hi, thanks for the comments on my vid (P5.2.3). The synchronisation was done after the animation while making the sound. I looked into MIDI and blender but in the end i decided to do the sync work in the audio sequencer.
NeonU, i haven't used it yet but i have been meaning to, Check out "Midi_Import_X" it looks like a very useful tool :)
Cheers, Joe
Wow there are a lot of good videos here. I especially liked the fluid demo and the drum player. Great work folks!
