A new book about Blender has been released in Brazil. The book "Modelando personagens com Blender 3D", which could be translated to: Character Modeling with Blender 3D.
The book covers only techniques and tools to create characters. The autor, José Fernando Reinicke, is a professional illustrator, which uses Blender as his main 3d tool to create characters and animations for advertisement. If you speak Portuguese, this is another great resource to learn Blender.
To know more about the book, here are a few places to visit:

Dear Mr Reinicke please consider translating your book in English, I am sure you will find many more readers. Anyway, I wish you success and all that is good for your book.

English should come first dudes..... consider your main target audience, not secondary...
@Dread: isn't there already english books about character modeling with blender? I think his initiative is great, congratulations Zé Fernando!
I think there should be books in as many languages as possible, so those who are still hindered by not speaking other languages be able to make use of this wonderful tool Blender is.
@Dread Knight: I certainly hope that was an april fools' joke.
José Fernando, parabéns pela iniciativa, e com certeza vou ter meu exemplar! Excelente dica Allan.
