  1. Love "3D Watch".

Really does a great job of catching the lithograph illustrations found in old technical manuals, and the detailed modeling is excellent.

Well done Olivier! You'll forgive me for stealing this for my PC's wallpaper :-D

  2. I say it again:
    HIGHER RESOLUTIONS, please!
Otherwise I can't see details (or errors)!
Some renderings (f.e. Conscience, House, Attic, Retro Office) are shagreened!
    I dont know why!

  3. Anyone who thinks that Blender is inferior to other 3D apps should look at this gallery. I can see some real talent here.

elite, try clicking on the images. That should give you the resolution you need.

  4. I think Elite is right; the images definitely seem smaller this month. Some of the thumbnails are actually the same size as the images they link to. I used to have to scroll to see gallery images, even on my 20" monitor, but I can fit several of these new ones next to each other at full size. What happened?

  5. There is some really great stuff going on in there .. I looked back to the 2003 gallery, and while that stuff is impressive, you can see a serious jump in professionality in the last few years. Kudos to everyone.

  6. 'Traveler's Haven' is AMAZING! I love the lighting in that scene, and the modelling detail and style! Reminds me of some of the images from the Myst/Riven series! Congratulations to Calvin on an AWESOME shot, and definitely my personal favourite! The other's are really good too, 'Microcosm' caught my eye especially, not just because it's at the top of the page!! So congratulations to all the artists who got their work featured! ASTOUNDING!...
