Ribmosaic is another RenderMan exporter for Blender, but this time with a different approach. Mosaic was conceived to integrate all Blender structure with the RenderMan attributes.
One of the main concepts behind Ribmosaic is the use of code fragments. It works with special Blender text files, which are loaded to Mosaic. It`s a very interesting project, and a lot of cool pictures are been produced with it.
To know more about the project, with a very detailed explanation about how it works, visit the Ribmosaic official web site.

Wow. Finally something that equalls MTOR. Can't wait to use this.
There are also some threads on BlenderArtists about Mosaic with lots of info, this one being the longest at the moment:

It's an exciting project with in my opinion a very sensible approach to linking Blender's functionality with the Renderman specs.
I saw months ago something about it, but i'll learn something more this time. It seems to be a great project!
does tiese thig work with Pixie?
Keep up the graeat work!
Is there a gallery ? I can't find any on their website...
Well, the potentially most interesting page "Using Mosaic" is corrupted and displays random letters...
@ROUBAL - The "Using Mosaic" page has not been written - is a Wiki page which has been created and temporarily filled in with nothing (not corrupted).
If you download mosaic (comes in *.zip and *.tar.gz) and extract it there are some renders in the "media" folder, as well as some Blender scenes (in "examples").
Looks good :D.
Arite.
@Arite
Thank you for the informations.
Aah! Looks like I need coding knowledge just to make a render with this! Too overwhelming for me right now. Somebody write a good tutorial for it and I'll give it a shot. Until then I'll be focusing on other Blender aspects I still need to master.
Interesting though. The sample render looks great with the SSS and all.
