Groo just published the November update of the Blender.org gallery. Again, there's lots of cool artwork and I noticed that more Indigo renders are starting to appear.

Cool works in there! Great stuff!

Yeah, indigo is really nice if you want realistic renderings without too many obscure settings. I really hope for a native linux port, wine isn't at all the optimal solution.
@mpl it's not an open source software anyway

@Eon: so? That doesn't mean they can't port it ;-)
@Bart
No but it means that ONE guy has to do it, and we have to wait (and hope) for it :-/
Anyway, i can understand why he doesn't want to open source it, theres a lot of work put into it by him.
plans for indigo:

they have to take one of these images and use it as the new splash screen for 2.43 !!
I become mad when I see the great pictures rendered with Indigo... I haven't been able to render at least one good image with it ! Rendering a scene in Black and White using few materials seems not too difficult, but rendering a complex scene with many different materials, which has been made first to be rendered with Blender internal renderer is a headhache... at least for me !
i can see there are multiple interiors.
has the blender's problem with absolute units been solved already?
@mpl:
Maybe he wants to program instead of organizing.
@bart:
still says the gallery is maintained by Bart.
will we have an easy integrated indigo, like yafray?
Nice! But isn't it December?
Yes, it is December. The December gallery won't be published until after the end of the month (after all of the submissions made in December come in). Hopefully, though, I can make the update closer to the beginning of the month. :)
I can't beleive how quickly the gallery was updated. Usually updates would occur every 4 months or so. we're picking it up now. Great pics!
