All of the Blender Conference presentation videos are now online and you can download them using BitTorrent. Many of them have by now also appeared on Google Video.
Nathan Letwory, who is managing the torrent tracker, gave me a link that displays the total amount of data transferred so far - it's quite a lot and I'm counting that this post will increase it much further! If you use BitTorrent, please remember to leave your client open so that it can 'seed' the files for other users - everyone will benefit.
BlenderNation Presentation - BlenderNation Localised
The presentation I did for the Open Community Session on BlenderNation is now also available on Google Video. During this presentation I tell about the background of the site and about how things work behind the screens. Also, and maybe you'll find this more interesting, I'm presenting our plans for our next step: BlenderNation Localised. We want to create subsite for specific language groups, such as spanish.blendernation.com or chinese.blendernation.com. For this we will be looking for subsite editors/managers in the near future.
I'm still busy preparing everything, but I'm hoping to have more news before the end of next month.
As a final note, I borrowed someone's Powerbook cables for my presentation but I forgot to bring them back. I can't for the life of me remember who it was though :-/ Can you please get in touch with me?

couldn't make it to amsterdam so i've been watching the streams all week-end and appreciated your very good coverage...
congratulations on getting all those blenderheads interviewed : it's good to put faces on names !
the future plans on localised sites is nice too... this community is definately growing stronger...
Thanks to those involved with making the session videos for us.
I was hoping to see Colin Litsters node presentation.
Was that not filmed?
Some other sessions are missing too :o(
I suppose you could not be everywhere...
Multi language sounds ambitious Bart.
Good luck with that.
I am sure there are a lot of people out here who would like to see Blender news in their language.
@Big Fan, Colin's session was recorded and has been uploaded so expect it to show up on the site soon. Not every Tower Room session was archived - for example none of the meetings were (it wouldn't have been possible). The Lighting/Shading/Compositing workshop with Matt and Andy will unfortunately be missing the other half because we simply ran out of storage. :(
Torrent RULEZ!!!
IMHO the best way ever to distrubute files on the net.
Thanks for the videos and all the works behind the conference ;-)
Bart, you mean this one?

(full time uploading still)
@Logan, thanks for reminding me :) I had already uploaded one - I just added the link to the article.
Cool :)
Google normally takes some time before it can be found.
Here's the up-to-date list of all vids on Google. http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=80524
I am Blender addict girl from Madrid (Spain) and I like a spanish.blendernation.com. It´s very good that everything is centralized there because there are a lot of information in spanish about Blender in internet.
Thank´s for the efforts, and if I can help you in anything...
Let us know when the art festival stuff is finally up so I can complete the SUPER blender conference anthology. :D
Thank you so much to everyone who helped put this together. You've made an Australian blender very happy :)
A heads up to anyone else ambitiously downloading every single torrent available, I just did the math and all the videos together add up to 3.98017578125 GB which will fit on a 4.7 dvdr and leaving a little space for the art festival whenever it's posted. :D What luck!
@Bmud: the art festival videos have been up for at least a day already..
But the links are broken.
Say, those are my cables :)
Ok, Ok, I'll send an email...sheesh, it's not like I need them that much.
Oh, Bart, if you read this: how is the localisation comming along?
