Basic Blender to Kerkythea videotutorials

9

thedicerbq6.jpgAlvaro F. Celis wrote to us pointing out some basic videotutorials for a Blender to Kerkythea export and subsequent rendering.

According to him, these tutorials were aimed at Sketchup users who are intimidated by Blender's UI (and yet again the same old subject). But from this author point of view, it is a valuable resource to anyone willing to try out Kerkythea.

Three links were provided, each of them points to a video containing the several steps to export a scene from Blender to Kerkythea and rendering them in Kerkythea. They are as follow:

And as an additional resource, we were given a fourth link to a forum thread dedicated to "Blender to Kerkythea" export and render.

Go check it out and post your renders here for everyone to see :) .

  1. @Tynach: Its all in the texture from what I can see.
If it was me doing it I would setup a transparent base material and then add an image texture with the fingerprint, set the alpha and adjust it to match what you see in the picture, not that hard.
