Blend2POV will render your Scene in any POV-derived raytracer using Yafray's xml output as a base; this means that any option available in Blender's GUI for Yafray will be exported along with materials and animation data. The script is available for both Windows and Linux (don't know if it'll work on a Mac) and an installation guide is available on BlenderWiki.
Actually RCRuiz (Blender2POV's author) is working on version 0.0.4 (available as a beta at the time of writing), this new version will sport a (faster and cleaner) C port of the code and strands support. A tutorial is being worked on, check the Elysiun topic for updates.
