I know what You're thinking, I'm anything but illiterate ;-)
While surfing the web trying to waste my precious spare time (it's an hobby of mine) I fell on something funny: the "BlenderHeads Around the Globe" Frappr online service!
Are you tired of feeling like the only Blender User in your town/city/country/continent/planet (sorry actually no space positioning system available, complain about it at Nasa.com :-P)? Well go and search for another BlenderHead near you.
You can take a look at were he/she lives (detailed & interactive sat maps through GoogleMaps system), know his/her nickname/name/last name/age (personal details panel), read about what he/she thinks and about his/her interests (integrated blog), read what other registered BlenderHeads around the world think about him/she (integrated guestbook), look at his/her face/family/car/dog/room/renders (integrated photo gallery), add him/she to your buddy list and send a message through the integrated mailing system. Frappr offers this and more (the actual version is only a beta test) for free through an amazing interactive interface.
At the time of writing there are 663 BlenderHeads listed, this means that many members of the community still aren't registered, so what are you waiting for? Go, fill the form and see if your noisy neighboor is one of us ;-)
It's a wonderful tool to share ideas, show our works/projects and to know new friends that have our same (and insane of course) passion for Blender, don't let it fall in the oblivion, let's use (and support) it!
Oh, I missed the most useful feature: you can see where Blender's developers live, so when you'll need a certain feature you'll know where to go in pilgrimage. :-D

Oh no! I live in the middle of nowhere and there's at least 3 blenderheads nearby in the same city!...

Glad to see this being brought up again. I registered for the Blender Frappr a long while ago. It seems there's still no one remotely close to me on there. I'll just have to spread the fire myself!
