We hope we can see a lot of nice Blender 3D animations submissions again :) The award winner will get €500, a flight/ hotel to be in Berlin at the Webcuts.09 award show and licenses of the Mentalray renderer of Mental Images.

Can the submission be made with flash? or only 3d..etc.?

Webcuts accept any kind of movie format. Webcuts is not focused on a special animation format nor a specific software.
I dont quite understand in the definitions of Webcuts classics (animation / 3-D animation), its a short animation that already published in internet or an animation that can be published on internet?, or just a trailer/teaser (since its using “cuts”)?. thanks
