    Sonds like kind of a John Carmak talking …
    where sure but how do i get far there like Doom 3 with this ?
    the basis ,to be good enough for made it better ,
    but we all wish it amazing ,lets just not get lost on information then .

    That later phyton is good enough? ,theres Frankie and its not like Doom 3,
    so its "deceptively simple"?I guess its all about a try .

    Focus on this huh .

    it is a nice tutorial.
    but im sure im agreeing with everyone else when i say
    that it isnt steam punk more Galilean with floral pattern.
    any way props to Jonathan Williamson he always does good work.

    Thank a lot for that really good (as usuall with J.W.) tutoriel ! I have only two questions :

    I really don't know why he split the telescope in multiples part to apply materials instead of apply multiple materials to the object ?

    Also, I don't know why he does not use the snap tool, especially at the begining of the modeling when he place the 3D cursor, then extrude and scale in place of just extrude and snap to vertex ?
