I have same problem as Anna (from 2006 posting):

I set DupOff to 2, and get good spacing for my ties.  But, the original tie still follows along the path in between the other ties (i.e., it doesn&#039;t get offset like the stationary ones).  Is there a way to turn off the original ties and only render the &quot;duplicated&quot; ones?

		<description>okay i figured out the bevOb thing with the rail shape curve but i dont get where to join the duplicated object and when i put in Curve.001 in the BevOb field the track is WAAAAYYY scewed up.
