Yes! In fact, one of the targets of the store is to help more people find work with Blender. We will offer a suitable list of categories for all kinds of services in different regions in the world.
- I have published a downloadable product. Can I sell this in the Community Store?
Yes. You will however need to supply your own delivery channel.
- I do not have the means to handle credit card payments and/or logistics. Can the Community Store help me?
Unfortunately we can't help you with order fulfillment at this moment. However, you can open up an account with Paypal.com to handle all of your credit card transactions.
- I am organizing a development/art/movie project and I am looking for people to help me. Can I list it in the Community Store?
No, I'm afraid not. The store is only meant for products and services – a better place for your project is on the BlenderArtists.org forums.
- Which currency should I use to list my products?
You are free to use any currency that you need. However, for consistency we suggest using only Euros or Dollars.
- Will this interfere with the integrity of our news service?
No – you will still read reviews that are fair and honest. To prevent any conflict of interest, the people who are running the shop (for now, that's me) will not be writing product reviews anymore. We'll also keep listing new products as news, regardless of whether they're in the Store or not.
