go to blender3d.org and download the 2.42a zip file (not the windows installer).  unzip it into a folder such as SCULPT and then copy all the files that came with the sculpt build into that SCULPT folder, which will contain python and everything else.  now you can run the sculpt .exe file (not the regular blender.exe)
