free speech, civil rights, consenting adults?  I thought all these issues were settled
and resolved decades ago.  I just can&#039;t believe you endorse this proposition.  We can&#039;t pick

		<description>If you set up a web server at home, check with your ISP and type of service you have.  Some ISP&#039;s will block certain ports, while others might not block but the service agreement says you can&#039;t have services.

		<description>marjin: no you more than likely wont be able to execute it on a web server because the service provider wont allow it first of all. you can setup a home server though. here is a very simple program that installs a server on your computer.
