New Blender Webring Started

webring.pngGiuseppe Luca Scrofani (gls) has re-established the ancient web pratice of the webring – for Blender.

And it's certainly useful, especially with so many Blenderheads having Blender sites for artwork, tutorials, and scripts and no grand repository to find these great resource sites. Sure there is Google, put I think a lot of Blender sites are found on page 32 and beyond of a search. Now all our sites can be connected to each other as well as being listed in a single place. Giuseppe has also made some great looking button options to add to your site to link into the ring. So if you have a Blender site, take a look at the Blender Webring site and join the ring.

    Nice.

I like having another RSS feed.
I'll use it if the content can be filtered by language and shown on RSS.
Personally, I'll be using English. ;-)

I like the idea, lots !
One thing though – I'd propose you get a dedicated domain for this thing.
With a dedicated domain, It would be so much easier to surf by, when in need of something Blender related.
Personally, I'd propose http://www.blender-webring.org, or something similar – the domain is available, btw.

Best of luck with the project :)
