Nee’wis: Blender News Aggregator

Nee’wis is a new Blender News Aggregator – it brings you news from a variety of news sources, like BlenderNation, BlenderArtists and CGSociety. It looks quite useful, although of course it’s not the first one to do this (see PlanetBlender and our own Community News).

Nathan writes:

We have developed this web site for the blender users to know what is happening every day with blender.” Neewis.com” is kind of “SNAPSHOT” of Blender 3D World. Please note that we are still working on the web site hence it is called the beta version 1.0 (there are few links not yet activated)

We would like to request the users to provide more links if they have found it is not existing in neewis.

The idea come from popurls a very famous news snap-shot web site. Please provide us the feed back on the web site.

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Community Lead at n8n.
