I sometimes just call it “origami-style.” I love this low-poly, origami-reminiscent style.
Oh, and nice picture, by the way. I like the bright feeling of the scene.
Looks great! I’ve done few of these in the past myself.. If I am not mistaken it’s called “Geometric Design” , at least you would find similar pictures if you search by that…

Hmm, really nice although the colors seem to be a bit unbalanced. the pink/white snow and clouds look so shiny and beautiful, while all the green seems rather dull, especially where it’s shadowed.
So a bit of lighting work would do amazing things with this picture!

It especially seems like a nice style for using adaptive sculpting on a rather big adaptive polygon size. That way you should be able to get such shapes with great detail very quickly.
I like these low poly scenes.
Reminds me of when I was a kid and there was a Nestle commercial out that was simple lollipop trees and smooth green valleys and hills with fluffy clouds.
I remember wishing as a kid to be able to live in a place like that.
