Here comes the weekend: beer rig

If you make an animated series about a bar you'll have to animate beer, I guess. The Kajimba team just released a beer rig (that's a first!), including a nice demo movie. Cheers!

They write:

We just finished a beer rig, plus a few cold ones for ourselves. Made it simple for the sake of the simple animators we have here. The shading of the beer itself is up for debate, seeing as half the studio like theirs blonde, and the other half dark.

Well the roll of the cup would be an interesting setup.

Is the cup itself two bones, both with a roll script for their respective axii? And
then the beer would be skinned geometry, with a hinged bone?

Mmmm… It wouldn't be a proper Australian animation without the beer.

I'll have to have a few to celebrate this great model + rig.
