Not exactly new, but certainly worth while: the demo reel of Pablo Lizardo from Argentina. For the squeamish: contains some nudity.

As far as Demo Reels go, i'm not sure how wise it is to put "blender.org" at the end, since that's not his website. Oh well. Still really beautiful work! :)
