Vitorbalbio has posted a few of his Blender Game Engine works over at Blenderartists.org. The quality of the work is amazing, using a lot of the newer features and tools of the game engine. There's some nice pictures to look at, and the main piece, entitled 'Ruinas', can be downloaded as a .exe to view and explore for yourself in realtime.
The schedule for the GDC 2009 (The Game Developers Conference) includes a session about using the Blender Game Engine for Rapid Prototyping.

Zac Duff won an internship at Good Game, a TV show in Australia, and Blender played a big part in his workflow. A prototype of the game will be released later this week. Zac reports.

The three winners of the British 'Dare to be Digital' contest have been nominated for the prestigious BAFTA award (British Academy of Film and Television Arts). Carsten Wartman, the author of the upcoming second edition of the Blender Gamekit, has released a sneek preview of one of the games.
Alessandro Ardolino and Maurizio Cerrato have created Jump’N Ghost, "an arcade videogame developed for the PlayOn amusement machine and ported as demo to all the main computer platforms.". The game looks cute (check out their gallery) and there's a free playable demo available for most systems. Unfortunately Ogre3D seems to have issues with ATI videocards under OSX and I can't play it…
