Its a book detailing the many areas of communities which follow 'Every software project, online site, or company' and how to build a strong community. The book is relevant to Blender as Ton Roosendaal has recently contributed some interview content.

Gunter Hannig aka zapman has written an excellent in-depth review of Carsten Wartmann's 'Blender DVD Seminar'.
Some days ago I got a copy of Animating With Blender – How to Create Short Animations from Start to Finish on my mailbox, and I have just finished reading it.
Carsten Wartman, the author of the upcoming second edition of the Blender Gamekit, has released a sneek preview of one of the games.
If you're not always online, it can be kind of awkward having to rely on the Blender Wiki documentation (I guess ;-). Next time you're out hiking, painting the roof or are just without a broadband connection, make sure you have your copy of Marco Ardito's Blender Wiki PDF with you!
