NAB Show 2008

From April 11th to the 17th of this year, a veritable boatload of people from all facets of the television, film, and radio production world descended upon Las Vegas to attend the National Association of Broadcasters Show. I was there for 3 days of the conference and got to experience and learn all kinds of interesting things. And yes, there were even some things there related to Blender! Fair warning: I forgot my good camera, so please forgive the blurry, low resolution camera phone images.

Libre Graphics Meeting 2008

LGM 2008 will be held from May 8-11th in Poland. This year, the Blender Institute will support Campbell Barton and Dariusz Dawidowsky to join the LGM and do a presentation there about Peach and Apricot. Schedule to be announced.

So far, none of the Conference's video material has been published to the web. From what I heard there were problems with the download.blender.org server - I'm hoping that as soon as that's solved all the material will be put online, including the full Suzanne Awards presentation.
