Call for Content: Blenderart Magazine #27

This never seems to be an easy task, even with improvements to the Blender code. So once again we go in search of the perfect lighting solution.
And since there never seems to be a single solution that works for all situations, in addition to your best lighting rigs for general purposes & specialized solutions, we are looking for all your secrets, tips and techniques on:
Lighting game levels and characters, images, animations

  • Atmospheric lighting
  • Nodes/compositing for great lighting effects
  • Colored shadows
  • Ambient Occasion
  • Lighting groups
  • Textured lighting/shadows

Also wanted, great shaders, materials and node setups for great looking materials and effects.

Gallery Images
As usual you can also submit your best renders based on the theme of the issue. As the theme of this issue is Shadow Showdown: Achieving Light/Shadow Balance, we are looking for any and all well lit images. Please note if the entry does not match with the theme it will not be published.

Note: Image size should be of 1024x (width) at max.
