pildanovak, you have my pitty. I liked your car physics and the "choose your own keys" thing. The concept has potential still. If I were you, I wouldn't give up on it. The videoscreens were kind of weird....

I'm SO SUPRISED that the voting influenced the winners so much when clearly Wreck-O-Deck was the game you could play the longest and have the most fun with.

I got a book! Good for me! :D Now if only I knew what to do with it.......... I guess I'll just have to read it? :P

And now I wonder, once again, who gets the PSP if you had more than one person working on Club Silo! :P haha.

And I'm impressed that OZONE FORCE got mispelled three different times now. Awesome! ^_^

Is there any way to actually see/play any of these? The Online Virtual thing is win32-only, and I don't see any .blend files anywhere... :^(

With regards CLubSilo > Its difficult to measure the exact time taken on the project so far. If you had to count the very first steps (a version where we had to use Sumo), then its just under 16 weeks. The game is also larger than the contest entry, (which we started around 7-8 weeks ago).

However, it constantly evolves and changes as we try to improve the weak areas. A newer version (BETA 1.1) with improved handling, controls, analogue steering input, better handling of collisions, improved ai with difficulty settings and so on is almost ready, and we hope to have it available for download later this week.

How long was the development time for the single entries (especially Club Silo, since i thought this is somewhat older in comparision)?
