BlenderNation is constantly looking for press sitings of Blender and Blender artwork. Recently a South African digital magazine has been publishing articles about Blender and has several tutorials complete with downloadable reference files.
DevMag is a digital magazine that publishes articles about Creating, Developing, and Experiencing digitial media. They have many articles in the downloadable magazine (PDF format) with the past few issues containing tutorials and articles about how to use Blender for 3D content and imagery.

Be sure to take a look and download the issues to review them for yourself!
