The reason is because it will discourage "vote stuffing" since you have to vote for other entries as well as yourself. It has worked so far. Ciao for now! His was the only entry to really capture the full dynamic of the car and the race. Hewitt won mostly based on his excellent bump-mapping. The car design and modeling was nothing special, and the picture didn't have anything going on, but the materials were of a very high quality.
