The Blender world was a great idea as a way to present the functional areas of Blender. I am currently negotiating a contract with Lynda to prepare a Blender Essentials DVD, so hopefully we will have something in English in the next few months. You guys and gals can help spark interest by visiting Lynda.com and searching for a Blender title. They track that and have FINALLY determined that maybe some good video tutorials are needed. Additionally Carsten wrote at least two more books: One is the well known and popular book "Das Blenderbuch" that is available in several languages, also in english (the blender book)!
