When I was in China last year I didn't notice any problems connecting to the outside world. Since then, the Chinese government has been restricting internet acccess for many websites. I don't know how this relates to traffic from the rest of the world into China. Presumably, all the Chinese websites are government-approved and they shouldn't have a problem when non-Chinese people see them, right? Bart I'm not sure how this works.
