HPIM0540_jpg.jpgJames Chronister (author of Blender Basics) and his colleague Jason Hancock held a presentation titled '3D Design and Animation in the Classroom Using “FREE” Software' at the International Technology Education Association Conference in Baltimore in March.

James writes:

We had a successful time at the conference in Baltimore, Maryland! Our presentation was very warmly received with a lot of teachers planning to pursue Blender further. We've even been asked to prepare some articles for newsletters and possible presentations at future conferences. Rather than re-write everything, go to www.blenderanimation.com to see our presentation information, photos and write-up. This is a site my fellow presenter put together as a portal to everything Blender. (I'm the short guy with glasses looking more "mature" in the pictures in case you're wondering)

You'll find the full report and pictures on their website.

  1. 1 wow

Wow that page rocks, even if the samples are more easy ones(sry I mean compared with the extreme fine releases on http://www.blender3d.org) they show how usefull blender could be used to power up pupils/teachers presentations!

Thx a lot for lot James!
