This 9-minute short animation, created by Nicolás Alvarado, is nicely done and one of the more watchable short films done in Blender. Despite the less than stellar graphic details, the storytelling pulls you through to the end. And well, that's what a film is supposed to do.

Topiary is the art of creating sculptures in the medium of clipped trees, shrubs and sub-shrubs. MasterDomino has developed a method for this using the Gen3 tree generator script.

When using multiple lamps, it is often evident that the light boundaries give a banding effect. Using Cubic correction of the diffuse values, the light boundaries are blended, providing significantly improved results.

Weightpaint uses a hardcoded range for visualizing weights. To allow users to have more accurate visualisations for what color represents what value, you can now edit a custom range for weights. Also, current Modifiers are a linear stack in Blender and are applied sequentially. With Multi Modifiers, you will be able to mix the results with a weight group.
