I can tell you this is an excellent DVD. I have seen much of it already and it goes into great detail. Jonathan does a good job of going through the process and giving plenty of step by step info on his workflow so you can easily follow along.

Some great work by Andy is now visible on the Peach blog. The focus of the post there is on the strand renderer and particle system. The article goes into a good amount of detail describing the process of setting things up. An enjoyable read.

Eoin Duffy is a graphic designer/animator studying for a degree in Graphic Design. He was approached by the Dublin band KOPEK in December 2006 to create a video for their single "Stop". After 6 months of work Eoin completed the video.
Anton Gerdelan is working alongside others to develop a 3D engine that can be used to simulate armoured warfare, with rules similar to those of traditional table-top war-games, but in real-time. And they have been using Blender to create the graphics and models for the engine.
