Blender World Cup 2008 kicks off!
Just like the earth spins around the sun, the Blender World Cup comes around once each year. And just like Global Warming, each year the competition is fiercer than ever.
This year the topic is wide open, and the freedom belongs to you the artists…. There is just one catch.
Blender in classrooms
Towards the middle of last year I was contracted by Natcoll (An educational publisher) to write a book that introduces school students to Blender. After much hard work the book is now printed and is being sold to schools around the world.
The Blender World Cup #4 Has Begun
The Blender World Cup topic is out. So all those who have signed up, get your pens out and start sketching your ideas. The competition will be fierce this year.
For anyone who hasn’t signed up, there will be a prize for the ‘Best of the Rest’ so feel free to join in and hone your skills.
Blender World Cup #4 – Kicks off on the First of July
Its the middle of the year again, which means the Blender World Cup is being polished, and the competition is about to heat up. This years prize pool is pretty good, so if you are interested we’d love to see there.
Weekend Challenge #200 Super Challenge (Week long)
To celebrate the 200th Weekend Challenge at http://blenderartists.org .The Blender World Cup, Weekend Challenge, and Monthly Challenge have been combined. The topic till the 26th is “Look what the cat dragged in” which focuses on comedy. A great selection of prizes are available for the winners to take away.
