Austrian Employment Office offers Blender Training
If you’re unemployed and are living in Austria, you can get a free Blender training! Classes start at October 5th.
The Austrian “Arbeitsmarkt Service” (Employment Office) will offer a free Blender training (at least 40 56 hours!) in the period from 5th of October until 5th of November. Austrian Persons who are interested in learning Blender and who are unemployed can contact me to get further information.

Would be an good idea for other countries as well. And then integrate making 3D models from buildings in their towns to get towns populated in Google Earth which on its turn is good promotion for towns and cities. Then you get 3D knowledge as well as perhaps end up with something that’s good for the city or town.
