    This looks perfect!

Can’t wait to play with this when it comes out with some proper install notes.

Sadly finding info to get involved at this stage is like stumbing into a minefield, i’ve spent hours searching the forum and trying different downloads and folder placements.

Obviously this has a lot to do with the rapid changes and updates though of course but it would be awesome to give it go.

    Exciting times!!!! WOO!

There are some wonderful people out there bringing some nice xmas goodies ahead of time.

Just like the people at guru3d.com who kindly allowed me to download RiverTuner tner my 6800GT into a Quadro 4000 (ok with some limitations)

life is good, time to go eat left over curry…happy blending

If any one has linux you can try the exporter from my builds at graphicall.org.
Or you can fallow the Installation notes here:

Managed to get this little lot installed and sort of working on a recent win32 build from graphicall but I think I had taken the git repo midst re-write as you mentioned on the forums earlier on the week.

So this is definitely one for keeping up to date and checking it out along with my builds of blender from graphicall & svn.

Suspect the Ubuntu 10.04 graphicall builds will fare better for me whilst you carry on this phenomenal work.

Hi everybody, I’m one of the beta testers for LuxBlend25 (and so can you!) The user manual for the script is here, you will find links and instructions for downloading there as well: http://www.luxrender.net/wiki/index.php?title=LuxBlend25_Manual

It works on Linux, OS X, and Windows, but it will require a fairly recent build of Blender. If you haven’t done so in the last week or two, hit graphicall and get a new one. Note that the internal rendering feature won’t work with just a normal Blender build, you will need one with Python 3 support, as well as the PyLux module. (check the weekly builds forum at http://www.luxrender.net/forum/index.php). The more traditional “external” mode will work with (a very recent) vanilla Blender and the official LuxRender 0.7 binaries.

If you try it, please drop by the LuxRender forum and help the devs make this better!

@fellow_windows_users : jTheNinja’s links are the one’s I followed last week, there doesn’t seem to be a sticky on the forums but there are others asking the same.

@jtheninja : Sounds great & thanks for the update.

I can´t see a material preview render. That would be a shame because i don´t want to export it hundrets of times to get my materials right :(

I discovered a lot of fascinating things inside your blog particularly its dialogue. From the tons of feedback in your content articles, I assume I am not the one one having all of the satisfaction here! keep up the good work.
