Good concept art, great video.
I like to know persons are using Blender for things like conceptual VJs, it’s a thing we can’t imagine in the past 8 years or so. Using 2.5 for test purposes, I can Imagine in the future, VJs using Blender for Real time effects, Mixing inputs in Nodes and outputting them to the public. (course it will depend on the Machine as well).

I like too the style for the visuals. As I am an uncorrectable cryticizing one, my only con is about a little lack of rythm at the middle of the video. Anyway, great and well sized work. Nowadays it seems that the panorama is full of high pretending blender productions delivering so poor resullts. Your production is not pretending and delivers excellent results.

The grass is the only part of the video that was recorded on a camera :). I’m sorry to disappoint you, but it is doable in Blender, I think. And yes, you’d probably do animations in python, a bit of physics simulation.
